A free, confidential helpline staffed by trained specialists who can identify local disability services including transportation assistance, housing supports, in-home care referrals, food assistance (SNAP/WIC), utility help (LIHEAP), legal aid, and peer support programs specific to your county in Washington.
How to access: Dial 2-1-1 from any phone, text your zip code to 898-211, or search online at wa211.org. Available in multiple languages. Especially useful when you are unsure where to start or if you have complex, overlapping needs.
